Welcome, Meaning-Makers.
Hello! My name is Sara Maria Vesta. I am a ceremony consultant and Life-Cycle Celebrant based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I believe that we all deserve to mark life’s milestones in a way that honors who we are and that does not compromise our values. My ministry is to inspire and to facilitate creative meaning-making, both in the context of ceremonial occasions AND in the mundanity of daily life, especially for those who might identify as agnostic, “spiritual but not religious”, or who are otherwise untethered to a religious community.
Qualifications: I am an ordained interfaith minister through the Universal Brotherhood Movement, Inc. with a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School. I am a certified Life-Cycle Celebrant (with a focus on Weddings and Funerals) through the Celebrant Foundation & Institute. I have completed End of Life Doula training through Going With Grace, and I am also certified to conduct premarital counseling as a Prepare/Enrich facilitator.
